From 2 Thessalonians

2 Thessalonians 1:1

Paul, Silvanus, and Timotheus, send heartfelt greetings to the Thessalonians, united in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Thessalonians 1:7

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

Find comfort with us, those who are burdened, for a time will come when Lord Jesus will descend from heaven, accompanied by his powerful angels.

2 Thessalonians 2:4

Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

He who challenges and elevates himself above all that is considered divine, or adored; behaving as if he himself is the divine, sitting in God's sacred place, falsely portraying himself as God.

2 Thessalonians 3:3

But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

Trust in the Lord, for He is reliable. He will strengthen you and protect you from harm.
