2 Kings 1:1

Then Moab rebelled against Israel after the death of Ahab.

After Ahab's demise, Moab, filled with defiance, rose against Israel.

2 Kings 9:17

And there stood a watchman on the tower in Jezreel, and he spied the company of Jehu as he came, and said, I see a company. And Joram said, Take an horseman, and send to meet them, and let him say, Is it peace?

A guard stood alert atop the tower in Jezreel, his eyes catching sight of Jehu's approaching group. "I see a group coming," he announced. Joram, hearing this, quickly ordered, "Send a rider to greet them and ask, 'Do we have peace?'"
