Philippians

Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons:

Paul and Timotheus, humble followers of Jesus Christ, send their greetings to all the faithful in Philippi, including the church leaders and helpers.

For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

Living for me means embodying Christ's love, and death is but a victorious transition.

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

Embrace the mindset that Jesus Christ had, filled with love, humility, and selflessness.

That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

May I truly understand Him, feel the strength of His resurrection, share in His pain, and embrace the humility of His death.
